Great or Awful - there is no in between
I love the community, classes, and instructors. The instructors are too notch. I dislike that local riders can no longer ride in the Chattanooga studio. That has been a huge disappointment and it was one of the reasons we originally chose Echelon over competitors. I cannot describe my level of disappointment and shock that I have been waiting to get my membership renewal fixed since December 1 and still do not have resolution nor any confidence that it will be fixed anytime soon. I cringe whenever I work through an IT issue because I know it will likely be an ordeal or never solved. find it disappointing how changes/updates to the app/calculations/etc. are not communicated and how often they occur.
