I did enjoy my Echelon subscription, but it’s too expensive in Canada to continue it! There are cheaper options out there.

I have had my bike for almost one year. During this year my experience has been rough. I had a tough time setting my bike up, I felt like it never felt quite “right”. Always wobbly even though my husband said it was as tight as it good go. I also had terrible technical trouble. The screens and bike kept coming disconnected from each other. I missed out on a lot of workouts because of this. I just recently got echelon to replace the part but I still feel ripped off. On top of that the membership is expensive.

The membership is WAY too expensive. I just use your rower and would pay a reasonable price just for a rowing experience, nothing more. Your current fee is more than I'm paying for my annual gym membership and they have s rowing machine!

it is super wobbly when you put it at an incline past 5 which is disappointing. it is not stable even when im not on an incline and I don't weigh that much to say that it could be that reason. Not to mention my wife is 5'2 and weighs 103 pounds and has the same issue she cant go past an incline of 5 without it shaking horribly and she only walks on it, she doesn't even run on it. pretty disappointed and wanted to like it. the design is sleek but its functionality of it makes me want to return it and buy a regular-sized treadmill.

Everything great except the monitor is completely unusable unless you pay for iFit. I would not have bought if I knew that beforehand. Would never buy another of their products.
