Package required signature but we were unable to schedule a proper time. Box arrived damaged, which is most likely why our screen didn’t work and needed to be replaced. The box also lacked petals.

Not a fan

Unpleasant ordering experience. Poor communication. Inappropriate shipping container which caused damage to the treadmill because you are insane if you think the fedex guy can move it by him or herself. The packaging was worse than simple outdoor furniture I bought. I have zero interest in your subscription service and only wanted a treadmill. When I cannot workout outside. Your customer service team have little to no information, can’t answer questions, and generally seem like they are just there to pretend you are responsive.

Good equipment mediocre app

App needs aot of work. Tons of glitches. Biggest pet peeve is the heart rate monitor not connecting and not being able to see the leaderboard

Solid equipment but needs a few tweaks

I love the actual functionality of the rower, but I definitely have a few remarks. The required membership to use the classes is a bit much. The classes aren't in HD, and the content and sound is really limited. Other 'cons' are the stabilization of the monitor, which can become loose after some strong rows. It will drop even though we have tightened it with the allen wrench correctly. Pros - smooth row, plus adjusting the resistance on the handle is wonderful. And it's quiet and very easy to place in an upright position.
