The treadmill itself is great...but!

I love the treadmill itself. What I do not like is that I have to have the app connected to be able to use the machine, also that I have to connect the machine to the app every time. The app doesn't automatically read the machine, I have to hold down 1 and 7 for it to find it and connect, which wasn't in the manual on how to connect, I had to search online to find the answer from other users that had the same issue. Other than the app and connectivity, the treadmill itself is great.

accurate and good product, comically bad shipping experience

I ordered the stride treadmill. Wonderful! Exactly what it says it is, no deviations from the description of the product. I'm 5'4" and 165lbs. I can walk and run without issue. Speed and incline are placed well, on right and left handle bars. It's a little finicky to start- I can press the start button like 3 or 4 times before it starts going. Odd, but easily overlooked once it starts up. Shipping was a joke. Took almost a month to get my tread. Customer service was not bad really, just not all that helpful. They did always respond it was just generic " so sorry for your issues" type stuff. Once it did ship, fedex called to confirm my ship date. That was nice. All in all, I'm very happy! Frustrating to get in but thrilled with the actual tread :)
