I have never been happier with the classes and service from Echelon. The order came well packaged and quick. The only issue we had was with our fed ex man. He didn’t want to deliver the heavy package so he kept pushing it off till someone else did it. (Not echelons fault ) I currently have a spin bike and the rower I love them both!!! I love all the classes from Echelon its so much better then it’s competitor

Great classes, and the instructors are very motivating.

Customer service is great, it was on back order, and I had to reach out to see status. But other than that customer service is great and the shipping company was very communicative

box came damaged and open for treadmill. Not sure if LED screen was originally in the box and then fell out
