Navigation of the site is good. Descriptions of the products and their compatibility with the connected equipment could be better. Customer service is 5 star. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Unsure if app is glitchy or I need a new iPad. Sometimes video doesn’t play. Wish app was a little more sophisticated. Wish it synced with my Garmin for HR stats.

It took a while to get a hold of the right person to help me. But once I did. They fixed the issue and I am back up and cycling.

I love echelon. It’s nice to workout at home . It’s disappointing sometimes to not be able to find a live class
