I’ve ordered several scooters at 2 weeks apart. I received the first one and the helmet with no issues. I received the second one , it was the wrong scooter from what i ordered. I messaged your company! Then I called and spoke with an employee. He apologized and was very nice. He said he sent the right one out on December 2cd. I haven’t received it yet. Hoping it gets here shortly! I bought these for my grandsons. Thank you.

I was able to pick up the box from the local office. I asked the rep if i could pick up the scooter all put together and he responded so confused, saying we don't do that. It doesn't make sense if you buy a bike from a bike showroom you buy the bike all put together, i was picking up the scooter from the showroom. i feel like if you pick up the scooter from the main office it should be put together
