I was able to pick up the box from the local office. I asked the rep if i could pick up the scooter all put together and he responded so confused, saying we don't do that. It doesn't make sense if you buy a bike from a bike showroom you buy the bike all put together, i was picking up the scooter from the showroom. i feel like if you pick up the scooter from the main office it should be put together

I believe you guys did well. Had I known about the Kruzer model issues, I would have just upgraded to another glider. Thank you.

Shipping was delayed due to barcode being unreadable. Item was shipped in a plastic bag instead of being placed into another sturdy box so the box was extremely damaged.
