Well built

I can’t get the brakes to adjust sufficiently. One of the wheels is not true so the brake drags in spots. After multiple adjustments, braking is either jerky, a hard stop, or no stop at all. I swapped out the front and back tire because it seemed to be more balanced and it has helped but I’ve settled for a slow stop

Customer service was ok however the replacement rim didn't fix the issue and I was only sent 1 wheel set when both are messed up.
