I didn't love that the online customer service seems to be AI generated and sends a generic email, but I was easily able to get a person on the phone to answer my questions.

It’s good I just had a problem with fitting the back wheel.

Received scooter in box; don’t really know why it had so many parts to assemble. Other scooters come assembled right out of the box.

Came with a striped out screw had to replace it other that that it was great.

Same scooter is aviailbale at Amazon, but I dont have to pay shipping and taxes, it's a flat rate. Wish I saw it sooner. However, scooter itself is awesome. :)
