I changed my opinion
I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with Radian customer service. I had sent several emails, called, and messaged the IG account. No one answered until I followed up again with a screenshot of my initial order. Once a representative emailed me, called and followed through everything changed. He took re-ordered and let me tack on a few extra items I wanted. I also got a discount on my ambi safety selectors. Thank you for that. I am happy to report I am feeling better and glad that Radian followed through and made me a happy customer.
