They weren't answering phones or emails for a little bit but I can care less. Covid slowed the whole world down, can't blame a company with that many sales & work orders for slowing down. Been a customer since AXTS days and the wait has always been worth it. They could have emailed me saying it's going to take 6 months longer and my 5 star review still wouldn't change. Absolute best rifle on the market. Looks gorgeous, tough as nails, tight tolerances, top notch accuracy. Only change I'd make is have the mag well a little tighter (mags jiggle more than I'd like compared to other ARs).
