Huckberry customer service is phenomenal. Order this hoodie for my husband and it did not fit. Exchanged for a different size and didn’t hear anything back. When I emailed customer service they not only shipped his size faster sent a small thank you gift. Thank you for surprising and delighting a now loyal customer!

The boots ended up being very nice. However, about a month after receiving them one of the pull tabs ripped. It wasn't a huge issue and could fairly easily be repaired, but Huckberry went above and beyond and shipped a replacement pair of boots at no charge. And they didn't ask me to return the first pair. The boots are great but Huckberry's customer service is the absolute best. I highly recommend.
