Huckberry

Love the jacket. My wife bought two different jackets and let me pick. And I have to say the return process was great. While the numbers on the receipt were not clear I was able to call and get very good customer service to make it happen.

I bought a pair of boots that ran large. Huckberry and my customer service rep was so helpful - I had forgotten what excellent service was until I spoke with Michael at Huckberry.

First pair I received had an issue, however, huckberry made it right immediately and the second pair has been holding up well. Won't hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Great customer service. Ordered wrong size and was exchanged right away. Great product, quality and looks terrific. Highly recommend.

I have purchased 12 "10 year" hoodies from Huckberry and all but one of them (ripped at shoulder seam) has been great! I do have to give props to Huckberry for sending me a replacement hoodie free of charge when I made them aware of the issue. Hell, they even sent it out next day air. Top notch products and even more impressive customer service!!!
