I’m happy with the scooter I have at home. Getting a refund for a different cancelled order has taken too long.

They literally ship the box the speaker comes in with a label slapped on it. Not shopping box nothing.

I tried to return and it seems like it isn’t very easy to do; just wanted to upgrade to the next version

Box was open on its side and you shouldn’t use a Segway pic on the outside of the box people steal and to top it off that the fedex driver didn't even get my signature he gave it to another person in the town house underneath me lucky he was a friend

Plastic for screwing breaks too easily
