Would not recommend buying direct from Segway. It was easy to purchase but very hard to return for repair.

I wish I could tell

I wish I could tell you how much I enjoy the x260, but I can't. I can not because I purchased the Ebike on 8/23/22 and still haven't received it. I have an open ticket, which is 00182663. Doesn't matter, though. They haven't done anything, not even responded to me. What happened is Segway ships with Tforce. Tforce subbed out the work to a company called Numark Transformation. The e-bike was picked up from segway and delivered to Numark in Los Angeles. Numark had the item at the final delivery hub, and an appointment was made for delivery; however, it never happened. After police reports are made and claims submitted to Tforce and Segway, hopefully, they will get me my purchase. It became clear that the driver or manager stole the E-bike for themselves to enjoy. I have a Claim ID # T2022005736. I have followed all the steps, yet I can't get my x260, which costs me nearly $7000.00. The fight isn't over yet. Time for me to step up. Let the game begin!

Segways store policies differ from

Segways store policies differ from segways policy and segway refuses to honor segway store policy as they say thats not segways policy or they are simply unaware of the difference between segway store and segway policy and will only honor segways policy which menas they wont honor segway store policy. Customer support has a very long wait.
