No distance remaining shown by the scooter after the external battery is installed. The software needs to be updated by Segway to reflect this

I bought my scooter on 5-4-2026 for $999. 99 and 16 days later Segway has it listed for $849. 99 and wouldn’t give me a rebate for the difference. I’m not happy. 😡

A little too long waiting but everything ends good.
