Immediately after placing my order I realized that I forgot to add a needed accessory. No big deal, right? Well, turns out that accessory is 3x (yes 3) more expensive when not bundled with the scooters i just purchased. An email and a call to customer support later and it turns out even if the order HASNT shipped there is nothing Segway can do. I was free to return the order, ship it back (once it actually ships out of course) and then order that accessory. I expect that from a "non-brand overseas" scooter, but not segway.
