I still don't have this. I ordered this on June 16th and it still wasn't even shipped until July 15th. This is the third 'section' of shipment they sent of what I ordered and EACH one requires me to take time off to be home to sign for the delivery. I won't be home this time and the case did not get shipped in time for me to use this on my vacation trip. ALSO, they are obviously data mining because I'm getting ads for Oru targeted to me in everything now.

Flimsy, unstable, back rest and orange spacers do not stay in place

They stole my money. I canceled my order, they said it was already in the process of being shipped so to refuse delivery so it would be sent back to them. I did and days have gone by with no refund. I will likely have to handle through disputing through my credit card company. Every time I reach out to Oru I’m told it may take more time. Enough is enough, at some point it’s stealing money. Stay away from this company.

Customer service is non-existent. Stern of the Lake is so stiff we couldn't get it together. I really wanted this to work.
