Inlet Seat Back replacement The seat back has an incorrect strap connector. It does not work with the Inlet. It needs two innies and has one innie and ont outie.

I am extremely unsatisfied with Oru Kayak's availability of replacement parts. How do you have replacement buckles and straps for the entire Beach kayak except for the outside straps that connect to the black handle??? This is ridiculous. Because you don't have these replacement parts, I am unable to fold my kayak and I am unable to keep the footrests in place.
