See review I submitted about my oru inlet and its parts' failures the second and third time I went out, as well as poor customer service. Not so great so far. Also, I didn't say this in the review, but the floats seem kind of useless, however I haven't flipped over yet. Katie Morrison

I'm sorry I ever ordered this Lake kayak it has just eaten up my time in trying and it doesn't seem I'll be able to get my money back

You sold me a part that is incompatible with my kayak. You assured me it would work. You wasted my time, wasted my money, and made my first outing with your kayak negative experience. Please dont staff your text chat with people who dont know your products! They told me a piece was 100% compatible with the 2 boats we purchased. Nope. Doesnt work at all, we wasted our money on your bullshit upgrades that don’t work. Thanks a lot.
