After watching the repair videos a couple of times, the track and wheel replacement went easily. I was helped with the removal with a little heat. Hair dryer worked well. I did have a difficult time taking the wheel clips off and could not get them back. However, went to Ace hardware and got some "Circlips" with the plyers and it was smooth sailing from there. Great improvement in smoothness, noise reduction, and, of course, pride of a DYI success. Thanks for your support.

We called the extremely helpful staff and they helped us get the wheel we needed. It shipped extremely fast and was very simple to install. Back on the road again :) Love our Elliptigo's!

Love my 8c long stride.. I’m a cyclist( road & gravel). I was skeptical at first because I’m not a runner.This thing rocks and I’m glad a purchased it.No sore bottom after riding for several hours is great. If you like going fast or live in a flat area I would recommend the 11C. Gives you more gears..Ive had the 8c for only 3 weeks and I’m riding in 7th and 8th gear mainly and averaging 14 mph on my 50 mile course. Would be faster if a had a gear or two more. Anyways,If you like to exercise outside this should be on your Christmas list.

I have had my ElliptiGO for 15 years and ride it every other day (I alternate with my Trek road bike) and the ElliptiGO days are the best. After 10 years of football at all levels, it has saved my joints while allowing me to still keep fit. The customer service is top notch as well!
