ElliptiGO has by far the best customer service department! When I first got my ElliptiGO I had some adjustment questions and a technical issue. Keri in the service Dept gave me her cell number, had me send her photos of the parts of my Go that so had questions about and then called me right after to talk me through my questions. She completely resolved my issues at no cost and she was so knowledgeable and friendly! As for the ride itself, I call it my “happy bike” because even though I am getting an excellent workout and sweat, I just feel in a good mood and positive when riding. I was a runner and sit down biker for years, but the aches and pains of running injuries just weren’t worth it. And while I liked biking, I didn’t like sitting or being bunched over. The ElliptiGO allows me to push myself hard without causing havoc in my body. I just love riding my ago!

I regularly ride and elliptical for exercise in the morning. But it is boring. The elliptigo let you do the same elliptical exercise but outside where it’s much more fun

Havent been on my mtn bike or road bike a single time since I got my msub. Its so much fun and A killer workout
