Believe it or not it is tough to come up with anything really exciting or earth shaking about needing, ordering or receiving a new tube for a tire. I can tell you that Keri was INCREDIBLY helpful every step of the way. I asked Keri, what I am sure were rudimentary questions and she was as helpful as can be. All in all her customer service made the entire experience "tube-tastic." Keep striding, my friends!!

Great product, excellent customer service from sales and tech support. Even spoke with the CEO/founder. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun way to spend time outdoors.

Fun exercise

I have been a long time customer of Elliptigo, and ride nearly every day. I used to be a runner (in my 30's running at least five miles every day for 10 years) but as you might expect my knees gave out in my early 50's. Elliptigo has given me a second exercise life, providing the closest equivalent to outdoor running without impact. I can ride for hours without being at all sore the next day. Not only are the products great (I have an 8S, 11R, SUB and MSUB), the service couldn't be better. Since I live in San Diego I have been able to meet and ride with most of the Elliptigo employees, and you couldn't find a nicer, more collegial group of people working together.

Totally impressed with the service and shipping. Keri is amazing as are the other staff.
