Thanks to Keri’s willingness to answer the phone / email and Elliptigo’s super handy utube instructional videos, I’ve become fairly confident in doing all my bike maintenance. The last time I replaced my tracks I forgot Keri’s advice to leave a bit of the wax under the tracks for the next installation. Instead I decided to clean the channels completely and added my own idea of pouring dish soap in the channels. While the new tracks slid in easily, this was a terrible idea. A year later it was as if I had glued the tracks in place. I only got the tracks out after soaking the tracks with a garden hose. So my advice is to ALWAYS follow Keri’s instructions carefully and never deviate or freelance. Now I’m off on my daily “run” on my 11R. Thanks Elliptigo and especially Keri. - John Burne

In need of hip replacement(s), was recommended I find low impact exercise options. Love the elliptigo, fills that need and allows me to be outside.
