I ended up having to replace my arc 8 due to the recall. Went with an rsub but it didn’t work out for me as it was really hard on my knees. Went for an 8c instead. Couldn’t afford the 11r and i need more then 3 gears, so no 3c for me either. I was able to do the return just fine. They were very understanding and they want to help you and for you to be happy.

Bought my indoor trainer directly from Elliptigo & my 11R, I bought second hand. YouTube videos are readily available to learn about putting equipment together & maintaining it. I’ve contacted Elliptigo several times with questions and always received a prompt and satisfactory answer to my questions. When I heard a weird noise while riding my GO, I called and they quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me an accurate & reasonably-priced solution- I needed a new load wheel. The video to install it was easy to understand & I was quickly on my way to using my GO again. Thank you, Elliptigo! I love my long stride & trainer and the customer service you’ve provided!
