Extremely Disappointed
I have been purchasing and working with the TRX since early 2009. I did all of my training at Mike Boyles gym in Boston. I now live in the Lake Tahoe area. I have continued to purchase TRX products directly from the company. But I had my studio in New England I was also an ambassador selling TRX products. Like all of us I spent a lot of money over the holidays shopping for gifts for friends and family. My worst experience with any company this Christmas was TRX. I placed my order on November 29th. Which included two TRX Pro 4's and 2 mounting products. I was out of town when the product arrived nearly three weeks later. The tracking information was never updated and it never showed that it actually left the warehouse. When I got home and opened the box. There was only one TRX in the Box. Epic fail especially after countless hours tracking the package doing chats online the customer service sending emails only to have the product arrived way past what is acceptable and incomplete. I still have a great relationship with perform better in Rhode Island. If you're willing to make this right by sending me the TRX that I'm missing and crediting me for the cost of my entire order I am willing to give you a second chance. If not I guess I'll just order things from perform better from now on.
It would actually be nice to hear from a person on the phone regarding this issue. I have tried multiple times speak to someone when the package was late.
