Wish I would have had a email saying when the item was shipped.

Shipping was reasonable

I chose to order direct through Burley to get the seat with the recline. After checking the description and fit, I ordered. When it arrived, it didn’t fit on my bike due to the clasp being too big. I was disappointed to learn it would cost me $90 to return and exchange for another seat. I chose to go with another brand that I could see and fit in person. Too bad, I love Burley products.

Shipping took almost 3 weeks to get here from when I ordered it. FedEx provided terrible support getting it here.

I requested notification when wheels restocked , but was never notified
