Off road tires built horribly

Off road tires should be built to go off road right? That’s what we thought when we bought them. We were so wrong. No matter the terrain all three times of using them, have resulted in a flat. You would think we were off roading through a trail of cactus but we were actually on a sidewalk the first time on our way to a track, second time we went through gravel and the third time we were on sand. Our local bike shop said the tubes were the cheapest tubes they have seen and would never recommend that for an off road tire. Do not waste your money. Beyond frustrating

Needs improvements

The jogget wheel needs improvements. It’s a pain and very hard to get rolling straight... I’ve owned it for a month now and it still doesn’t roll straight. It needs a swivel head, turning is impossible when jogging so you have to life the front half up to turn. For as much as we spend, we should get better engineering.

I feel I was screwed

I feel I was screwed getting an item 10 years ago, yet they have two new models. I'm slow; however, that ell me improvements, so why would I want to buy anything the company found out they needed to improve. I wanted to pay more money for the kickstand to be told old model from 10 years ago. Instead of using a kickstand just lean your bike against the wall. That's a dumb ass answer

D'Lite Jogger Kit Purchase- Handle Bar Issue

We recently purchased the Jogger Kit to convert our D'Lite trailer to a stroller. The wheel seems to work great. However, we've encountered an issue when converting the roll bar (handle bar) to stroll/jog mode. The handle bar would click out of position when attempting to turn. So per the instructions, we tightened the barrel nut on the rod. The rod and barrel nut seem to be faulty because when the barrel nut is tightened, it creates too much tension for the plastic clamp to close and effectively hold the handle bar in place. Without the bar being in a fixed position, we cannot enjoy the benefit of the jogger kit.
