Five stars but the shipper never contacted me to schedule a time. I ended up having to take a day of vacation to be home hoping they would show. It should have been scheduled for morning delivery or evening so I wouldn't have to burn a full day of vacation.

Customer service provided answer to almost all my questions and concerns and provided fairly quick shipping. Great experience with that.

Little nervous with lack of information on when it was being sent but after I emailed the response was great and things were on track after that! Showed up with a few holes in the box but tent was not damaged.
