The customer service and sales

The customer service and sales department will blatantly and completely ignore any questions, concerns, order problems or anything else you may want to contact them about until AFTER they ship you your product. They have a 0 return and refund policy “once order is shipped”. They all of a sudden want to answer emails questions after it ships and if anything is wrong they will tell you they can’t help because their policy states once it ships, it’s yours and they won’t take it back. I will never be purchasing from them again and I STRONGLY discourage anyone else from purchasing.

Slow, poor communication, missed deadlines. When i reached out about how i will be leaving the country for an extended period of time(mind you when I should have already had the adapter) they promised theyd two day ship it to me… which is great and would have arrived atleast prior to heading out…. Except they then took the better part of a week to drop off the package. 1/10 would not bang again. Just use sureshot trust me

I didn't get half my

I didn't get half my order!!! Thankfully it wasn't the stock. How about answering my email about not getting it. I am getting pretty pissed off about it too. For 300 bucks for plastic is more than enough. I shouldn't have. Pay extra!!!

I don’t know why I’m

I don’t know why I’m receiving a survey regarding my order when I’ve received the wrong color stock, and the wrong stock completely. I’ve been trying to contact your customer service and sales department but can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding the issues with my order, and haven’t heard anything back in a week. As of now I have a stock that will not work with my gun, and it’s a completely different color. I should have received a stock for the PSA Jakl but received an APC9 stock, I also ordered it in FDE and it came in black. The stock I ordered was the one directly off of PSAs website for the Jakl. Customer service has not been helpful at all. I understand that you guys are busy with backed up orders, but if you can send me a survey, someone can at least send me an update on my order. As of now I am extremely displeased with the customer service side of this. The stock however does feel like it is good quality, a shame it’s not the one I ordered so I can’t use it.
