I don’t know why I’m receiving a survey regarding my order when I’ve received the wrong color stock, and the wrong stock completely. I’ve been trying to contact your customer service and sales department but can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding the issues with my order, and haven’t heard anything back in a week. As of now I have a stock that will not work with my gun, and it’s a completely different color. I should have received a stock for the PSA Jakl but received an APC9 stock, I also ordered it in FDE and it came in black. The stock I ordered was the one directly off of PSAs website for the Jakl. Customer service has not been helpful at all. I understand that you guys are busy with backed up orders, but if you can send me a survey, someone can at least send me an update on my order. As of now I am extremely displeased with the customer service side of this. The stock however does feel like it is good quality, a shame it’s not the one I ordered so I can’t use it.
