The drum I ordered for my scorpion does not eject and has to be ripped out to be removed. No one with customer service answers requests on website, phone calls or email. Very poor service

Doesn’t fit my KP9 and can’t get ahold of customer service!

Absolutely zero communication from this company. Won't return emails or answer phones.

No response from e-mail, no response from "contact us" page, and no instructions with your product - torque specs, how to arrange the pins, etc. You need to do better if you are going to deal directly with the shooting public.
