I emailed: support@g-forcebike.com, Evan Cai, and I sent them the VIN number and several clear, color pictures of the parts I needed and my actual scooter. I paid them in full. They sent me the wrong parts. I have emailed them back to inform them of their mistake and now they are ignoring me. Bad Customer Service. Once they get your money, crickets

had a great day with a bike. then it broke, and you all refuse to assist. no refund, just parts, for a bike I have no idea how to fix. and If i do. what then. another crash, more parts.
