I can't say if the range is as advertised, I can say that just about everything else is low quality. Fake shocks, fake front axel which is very unsafe, very weak breaks. Website says free returns . . this is a lie. Website says adjustable seat. This is a lie. Website says fits, 5' 4" - 6' 2", this is simply also a fabrication. The website claims it can carry a heavy person, but the weight listed is for the bike and rider, making the deceptive total rider weight, 2654 lbs. The pedal distance is appropriate for someone that is around 5' to 5' 4", no taller. Pretty much everything about this bike is provably fraudulent advertising and they will charge you to return it even though this is not what they claim on the website. Nice little scam company here.

Please don't buying here customer service is bad or not exist for them

No answering emails, no customer support, no replacement of missing or broken parts and items. I'm my opinion so poorly!!.

No live person to call when having setup problems with my new bike. You do not respond to chats or online communication forms.
