I did a tri in Ireland and the suit had a collar too high that felt like it was choking me. I brought it back for a different suit and denied a trade in. I am still doing tri's but I am not able to use your suit.

I ordered multiple things at a great deal. Then you put it on sale for less a couple days later. 😡

In August I ordered a speed suit for my wife in size M, once we got it I contacted customer service to exchange it for a L. That was swiftly replaced but even the L didn't fit. September 18 I send it back for refund. After several attempts by email and phone, where the customer service person confirmed receiving the suit, I contacted American Express in January to cancel the charge. Very disappointing.
