I never got the suits and then had to go to credit card company for a refund, rest assured, I will never buy another product from Xterra.

Terrible customer service

I bought the vector pro men’s wetsuit and when it arrived it had a partial tear. I called customer service the very next day and they blamed me for the tear even though o had not used the wetsuit as I had only received it one day prior. They refused to replace the product stating that there product quality team checks every item before going out. I emailed the customer servicing asking them to escalate the issue and and I have not heard anything back from them. I will be buying from Roka going forward.

Charging a customers card before you ship the product

Your policy of charging a customer for a product before it ships is a very poor business practice. Case in point, you charged me for a wetsuit on 26 Oct 17. I do not have the wetsuit and have no idea when I will receive it. You are using my money interest free. Compines who are interested in true customer service/satisfaction do not participate in this scam. The way I see is that you owe me 6% on my money compounded monthly. For your information Roka does not participate in this scam. If I want a Roka Maverick Pro wetsuit, which will be available in March, I have to wait until it is stock to order it and I will be charged when the suit is shipped. Roka is really into customer satisfaction on all fronts. Time get get your act together Xterra. I am very unhappy with you and will tell all of my triathlon friends.

Refund

After more than 40 days that I have returned a wetsuit that was too small, I am still waiting for the refund. I sent a couple emails but no answers....

Refund mismanaged

Ordered two wetsuits to make sure I had the correct size. Returned the second suit but the refund process was very difficult. Took many unanswered phone calls and emails over a two month period to get my money back. Very frustrating and would not recommend
