Poor customer service

Months ago, my Xterra wetsuit broke (within the warranty period). I reached out to service and to date am to receive a reply.

i bought a new Xterra, bag, shirt. After using my wet suit, I told them the suit was too tight around my neck and it was hard to breathe. I asked the manager at the time for something different or a refund and was told to sell it on ebay. I haven't bad mouthed your company to anyone, and I am doing an Ironman this spring still w/o your suit. My ONE was for bad customer service

I had some issues with my purchase. They responded to my initial inquiry, but I never heard from them again after asking some follow up questions.
