Not impressed. This is my 4th Xterra suit and the material is so shitty it tears when putting on the suit. This will be my last suit from XT

I ordered an item and it was on backorder for the whole swimming season - so i had to cancel and go with a different suit.

I would really like to speak to someone about getting reimbursed for the wetsuit (Xterra Green and Black full body) I got through your company. In the summer months in Santa Barbara, I compete in Biathlons and proudly wore you wetsuit. As I put my legs through the wetsuit the lower back portion of the wetsuit ripped and it was ruined. There were no previous tears or rips or "Beginning" holes on the wetsuit at all. It was very well taken care of. I still have the wetsuit and have been waiting for someone to send me a review submission so I can speak to someone about getting it sent in and getting it replaced. I had brought a sleeveless wetsuit. I wore it for about a month when it started to stick to itself and then ripped. I contacted xterra and was told that i was outside the warranty period so there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing considering I own a full wetsuit and lava shorts.

I bought a wetsuit and then had shoulder surgery. I was past the 90 day return policy so no return was issued. They were not flexible and wouldn’t even entertain my return of a brand new wetsuit.
