Backordered Suit

I would give a review of the wetsuit but have not received it. It has been approximately 6 weeks. No communication from Xterra until I emailed to see what happened. That is when they let me know it was on backorder. I have had their products in the past and loved them. I am just very disappointed in the customer service.

Terrible customer service

I'm sad to say, but I will never purchase from The XTerra company again. Their product is amazing- but the process to actually get the wetsuits took months to arrive (with no communication on when they would arrive) and then when I returned one, it took several months with several calls and emails to get the money refunded. All together, the process was 7 months and I will never buy anything from them again.

Never buy again

Bought a tri wetsuit that tore above the zipper within three races. No warranty honored so stuck with a broken suit. Bought next suit from another company and used it for the next 30+ races with no problems

Poor customer experience

I had a very difficult time getting through to customer service in regards to a repair on a wetsuit. After a fairly exhausting couple weeks waiting to hear back.. (crazy) Exterra would not back up their satisfaction of repairing a brand new wetsuit. Really sad, my 13 year old bought it with her own money.

I did not buy any items recently from Xterra.

I didn't buy any items from Xterra recently. I bought a wetsuit approximately 4 years ago, though. It was too short in the crotch.
