I ordered a suit in November and I have yet to get it delivered.

Bought my first new tri suit. After about two - three uses in fresh water the outside of the suit developed small tears on the skin surface on legs, arms and body. Very disappointed with quality.

I bought a wetsuit that did not fit. I followed all the instructions and returned it. It's been a month and still no replacement suit.

Followed all the directions provided with the wetsuit, and ended up with 4-5 tears in the first 2-3 months of owning it. When I reached out to the company about this, no one responded.

Still waiting since Thursday to get a call back from customer service
