Bad service overall

I order my wetsuit at the end of May. It was not showing as backordered when I submitted my order. I called several times to inquire about delivery date and it was postponed several times. It finally arrived mid November, 6 months after I placed my order. No apologies, no discounts and was not offered to b upgraded to other suits that became available before mine. Extremely unsatisfied with Xterra's service.

Would give a zero if I could

So slow to ship that by the time my suit arrived I was outside the returns window. It was too small so I sent the suit back and have been trying to get a refund ever since. Returns policy is very difficult for an online store, and customer service is inconsistent and unhelpful. I would never buyanytjjg from them ever again.

Very hard to get a hold of.

I purchased two wet-suits for the Malibu Triathlon. I was going to try them both on and select one. One teared upon trying on (even after being very delicate, i have another delicate tri suit that I have had for years so I understand how to put them on). I called several times, but never got a live person. I got an answer messaged. We played phone tag a few times but never connected. I then sent an email and did not get a response. It was not a good experience. I was left with a tear in the suit that fit well, and a second suit that I would have returned should I have spoken to someone live.

Awful

I never received a refund for the wetsuit that i returned. I left multiple messages, but did not receive a cal back.

We have not received our

We have not received our purchase that was ordered 12/31/17, nearly a month ago . When I inquired about the whereabouts of the purchase I was informed that it was on back order. I would suggest more proactive measures be taken in that you inform customers when a product is on back order.
