Communication is Lacking
I initially placed an order for too large of a suit. I immediately contacted Xterra via email to correct this. The next day I emailed again but then received notification that my suit had shipped. No biggie, I ordered another one per their website instructions and figured I would just return the larger one. When both suits arrive, I went to the UPS store and spent $30 to ship the larger suit back to Xterra which arrived on 2/19. I waited the 5-7 business days that the website advised to wait for my refund to process but I never received one. I emailed through the website and provided the UPS tracking information to request the status on my refund. I never heard back. I proceeded to call twice but got a voicemail that directed me to email them directly. I emailed them again two days ago and again with the return tracking number provided and requested an update on my refund...still have not heard back. I've now received this email to review my recent purchase and experience and it could not have come at a worse time for them. I am still awaiting a response to my email for screund request 3 weeks after the product was returned. At this point, I have no plans to purchase any other items from Xterra nor would I recommend them to anyone.
