Xterra order
Something is very wrong when an order is made in November, charged in full in November, promised by email by month-end December, then month-end January, BUT FINALLY DELIVERED IN LATE FEBRUARY.
Delayed shipments are understandable BUT CHARGING THE CREDIT CARD IN FULL IS NOT AND CLEARLY STRETCHES TO UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE.
To bad as I've purchased or cares others to purchase Xterra products many, many times over the years.
