I was dissappointed in my order and had to return it because it was too small. I had place the order by phone so that I was sure to order the correct size but it was extremely tight. I was not able to order another one because I live outside the US so I have to wait till my next visit....plus it cost $23 in shipping.

I needed to return one of the two jackets that I bought. I've sent two emails to Xterra and have not heard back for over a week.

I'm trying to do a return, but no one will answer my email.

Ordered a wetsuit during a sale, didn't receive any notice of it being on backorder until I reached out to ask about it a few weeks later. Got it a few months later...

Something is very wrong when an order is made in November, charged in full in November, promised by email by month-end December, then month-end January, BUT FINALLY DELIVERED IN LATE FEBRUARY. Delayed shipments are understandable BUT CHARGING THE CREDIT CARD IN FULL IS NOT AND CLEARLY STRETCHES TO UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. To bad as I've purchased or cares others to purchase Xterra products many, many times over the years. Bill K, Malibu, CA
