I have used my tri suit for two summers only - it was rinsed and hung to dry after every swim. Part way through last summer I developed a tear just below the armpit, as did my two friend who also had tears. They have since purchased a new suit with another company. I am still undecided as to where I will purchase my next one. My friend spoke to your company and they were not willing to compensate us in any way.

Vengeance Wetsuit tore trying it on.
This was the 4th wetsuit I've purchased from Xterra. Trying on the Sleeveless Vengeance (1st time) it tore at the knee as I was pulling it up. I emailed Xterra and they offered to send me some glue saying all wetsuits tear. I've never torn a wetsuit putting it on! I have a 3 year old Vector Pro that does not have a single tear! I believe this one is defective but no one has answered my email about a return. Think I'll be switching to Roka.

Bad customer service
Purchased 2 wetsuits, no problem.
Speed suits, a nightmare. No way to size product. Exchanged 2x, enormous delays, unable to get assistance over the phone, no return calls. Spent lots o money expediting the product to be exchanged. End result: an XL speed suit that's 2 sizes too small still (I'm 5'5" and weigh 128Lb).

Speedsuit
The original speed suit was really lite, but developed a hole and subsequently ripped to useless. It was slightly more than a year after purchase, so I wrote it off. Bought the newer version speed suit, and it has worked so far. For the amount of use a speed suit gets, i thought it would be good for several years. Somewhat disappointed
