Bench is great, but a couple more packing straps will prevent the box from breaking apart and causing a bunch of scratches to the merchandise. I’m looking to buy a pr5000, but shipping damage has me a little worried now.

Although I understand the ordering process due to high demand, unfortunately, when my turn came around to place my order the most essential items for my order were no longer in stock. Not wanting to place a partial order and have items sit in my garage, I chose to allow others to benefit from the items I would've purchased. Consequently, I will wait for a future date to try to place an order for the items I am looking for and continue to enjoy my prior purchases.

Super solid and sturdy bench. The upright storage is very convenient. Laser etched degree markings are a nice touch. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and build of the bench. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it showed up in a box that was barely together. UPS mostly deserves the blame. Minor cosmetic damage was present and the assembly screws were missing. I reached out about the assembly screws but it was faster to just go purchase them myself at a local hardware store. Despite the poor shipping service this bench still earns my recommendation.
