Shipping was great one my AB5200. My FB5050 wasn't packaged as well and was missing hardware. Email contact was slow and took over 10 days before I messaged on Facebook to have my hardware and touch up oaint sent out. They credited my order as well. Overall satisfied, I understand that they are dealing with tons of emails so I'm not too upset by the wait time.

Very pleased with equipment and price. Would have given 5/5 but had a few episodes with website and updated availability of gear.

I am please with the product. The instructions could be more clear and detailed but through some trial and error it all worked out. My only complaint is that the light attachment did not arrive with all the other pieces in the shipment so I had to wait for that to come, but that could have been the fault of UPS and Rep.
