Great products but the turn around time is the longest I've ever experienced when ordering online

I am enjoying the plyometric box. The only issue I found was there lots of wood box in the package.

Took longer than we had hoped and a little longer than the dates we were given from Rep Fitness.

Love the game equipment I have received and even placed two more orders, however the shipping times concern me. I understand times are tough right now but the shipping times are a bit outrageous compared to other companies.

So far I've loved the power rack. The only complaint I have is the setup of the website when y'all have opened back up for ordering. Getting in the lobby within seconds of it opening and then getting randomly assigned to the like 25k+ position in line was extremely disheartening. I get that they are under extreme demand right now and trying to find the fairest way possible but it just sucks to get the short straw like that. I liked the pre-order system much better!
