I ordered the 10 piece Black Ops set and on the website it stated it shipped next day. It actually shipped 10 days later. When I received the package and opened it, only 9 knives were in the box. I’ve email Blade City twice and have gotten no response at all. I didn’t want to write a review because I have nothing good to say, but I keep getting tons of emails wanting a review. I will never order anything off this site again. I’ve started using BudK. I’ve placed an order with them, it shipped the next day and was in my hands within two days. I’m not saying everyone will have a bad experience using Blade City, but when you can’t even get a customer service response through email or someone from the company to call is a sign for me anyway.

Customer service such the product is like Avon for knives its cheaply made and you don't always get the free gift

Purchased a camp hatchet, emailed support about a return/warranty as the axe head is loose. Emailed support following their specific instructions and have not had a response after 2 attempts.
