I placed a large order with them to replace a knife collection that was stolen from my home. My order was damaged. It appeared that knives were damaged in the shipping process. I have had nothing but problems with their customer service! To date they have not helped me at all! Even with the photos I sent to them!! Terrible!

I never received the items I ordered, even after talking with the support team. Will change review upon receiving items. Website design is good, shipping should be good but no order, no good review

I was very excited to get my knife that was suppose to get here more than 2 weeks ago but never came. There has also been no updated on wether or not it is arriving or anything the tracking number doesnt update

6 months after unsubscribing I'm still getting spam from Blade city. Deeply regret ordering from them. I've moved on to Cold Steel and I'm very happy.
