wrong product shape not returnable without more shipping cost

Poor implementation of my requirements

Used the bag once to travel to an event with our trade show booth. After one flight both zippers fell off and the corner of the bag ripped. It's not built to withstand travel.

Horrible!!

AS PICTURE ATTACHED THE COLOR OF THE PRODUCT WAS WRONG WE PLACE THE COLOR CODE IN THE ARTWORK FORM CORRECTLY BUT THE ONE WE RECIEVED WAS A SALMON/CORAL TONE... IT HAS TO BE PANTONE 2035C I REALLY INTENSE TONE OF RED PICTURE OF THE CORRECT COLOR IN A BOX AND WAT WE RECIEVE ATTACHED
